Job Description

    Job Role Summary:The position involves conducting site visits, managing project requirements, and handling/managing a team. Theres an emphasis on relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment plants.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Conduct Periodical Site Visits:
      • Regularly visit project sites to ensure progress and adherence to project timelines and standards.
      • Perform inspections and assess the quality of work being carried out.
    2. Fulfilling Requirements for Project Activities:
      • Ensure that all project tasks are executed as planned, meeting the technical and regulatory requirements.
      • Address any issues or requirements as they arise to ensure smooth execution.
    3. Manpower Management / Team Handling:
      • Manage a team of workers or contractors, ensuring proper coordination and efficiency.
      • Delegate tasks, oversee performance, and resolve any workforce-related issues.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Relevant Experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants:
      • Candidates with prior experience in the construction, operation, or maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants are preferred.
    This type of role seems to require a mix of technical knowledge (especially in water treatment), project management skills, and the ability to supervise and coordinate teams.
