    Job Responsibilities:-Role - BDM Property Acquisition.Age group not more than 35 years.Prior exp in a similar role should have worked with retail brands with min work experience 6-8 yrs.Work Profile -1) Property scouting in assigned territory, markets.2) Onboarding brokers for required property.3) Understanding market benchmarks & negotiating final rentals, landlord scope of work etc.4) Liaising legal due diligence and paperwork involved in signing loi, agreement & acquiring property.5) Coordination with various departments internally till store launch.6) Should be open for extensive travel.
