Job Description

Candidate Profile:We are looking for Purchase Exectuivewho should possess strong procurement and vendor management experience, excellent negotiation skills, working knowledge of GST regulations, proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:* Manage centralized procurement activities for the organization.* Procure raw materials, trading products, consumables, and equipment.* Develop, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships.* Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.* Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), comparative statements, and procurement contracts.* Monitor cost control initiatives and support pricing strategies.* Coordinate with Sales, Stores, and Inventory teams to maintain optimum stock levels.* Ensure compliance with commercial policies and GST requirements.* Support overall profitability through effective procurement planning and execution.Required Skills & Knowledge:* Procurement & Purchasing Operations* Vendor Development & Vendor Management* GST Knowledge* MS Excel* Commercial Negotiation Skills* Inventory Coordination
