Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled QC Engineer specializing in building materials, specifically AAC blocks and cement, to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for quality control and engineering in the construction materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in product quality.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on AAC blocks and cement to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and reliability.
    • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken promptly.
    • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including test results, inspections, and non-conformance reports.
    • Perform root cause analysis for quality failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality engineering and building materials.
    • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control processes and standards.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
    • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the building materials industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, quality control methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
    • Proficiency in testing methods and equipment used in the evaluation of AAC blocks and cement.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Familiarity with quality management systems and tools.
