Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Manager specializing in building materials, including wall panels, tiles, and glass, to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive annual salary of 9,00,000. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control processes and a passion for ensuring the highest standards in building materials.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for building materials.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Utilize QC tools and methodologies, including Six Sigma, to analyze and improve processes.
    • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
    • Train and mentor QC staff on best practices and quality assurance techniques.
    • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to building materials.
    • Manage and oversee the quality control team to ensure effective performance and development.
    QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in quality control, specifically in the building materials sector.
    • Proven expertise in QC inspection and engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of QC tools and methodologies, particularly Six Sigma.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
    This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires an on-site work mode with a day schedule. We are looking to fill 2 positions for this role.
