Job Description

To ensure cGMP compliance at facility (PR, SRP, Quality units, HR, EHS, ST, EG departments).
To ensure, whether they are following the standard procedures.
Responsible to ensure online documentation, online data filling.
Ensure the compliance of CAPA related to online observations.
To ensure no data integrity related issues and compliance as per the approved procedures & cGMP in the facility.
Responsible for line clearance for product changeover of powder processing area.
Review of NQI, ensure the CAPA and closure of the same.
Responsible for preparation of review report of NQIs.
Responsible for preparation of monthly report & fortnightly review report of IPQA observation.
Any other additional responsibilities is to be performed as and when given by the HOD.
Responsible for Audit & Compliance activities in the absence of Mr. Harshal Samant(Sr. Manager- A&C).
