Job Description

    Quality Analyst / Sr. Quality Analyst (Manual testing)The purpose of Quality Analyst is to provide the means and the measures for testing all the aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution.Roles and ResponsibilitiesReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.Estimate, prioritize and coordinate testing activities.Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts.Manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.Participate in review processes and work closely with developers to debug issues throughout product/software lifecycle.Requirement2 to 7 years of experience in manual web and mobile app testing.AI/ML and IoT based project testing experience is an added advantage.Clear communicator (written and verbal) to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders.The ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensures the ability to find the bad defects and bugs quicklyWork experience in an Agile/Scrum environment creating test requirements from user stories.
