Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a passion for quality management and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 9 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong focus on internal audits, quality control, and quality management systems.     • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure product quality throughout the production process.
    • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.
    • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address quality issues.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering methodologies.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • 5 to 9 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality control methodologies.
    • Experience with internal audits and compliance standards.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in quality engineering tools and software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    This position is based in Ahmedabad and requires on-site work during regular day hours.
