Quality Engineer - OutwardExperience: 2-5 yearsJob Summary: As the Outward Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for executing the final quality checks and tests on our cooking devices to guarantee that they meet or exceed our stringent quality standards. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering products that exemplify precision, reliability, and innovation. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for ensuring that our customers receive a product that surpasses expectations.Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive final inspections and testing on completed cooking devices to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Develop and implement detailed quality control procedures and checklists for the final stage of production. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to address any. identified quality issues and implement corrective actions. Perform functional and performance tests on electronic, plastic, metallic, and mechanical components to verify adherence to design specifications. Document and communicate quality control findings and testing results to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with production teams to provide real-time feedback and support continuous improvement efforts. Identify and report any deviations from quality standards and work with teams to implement preventive measures. Participate in the development of quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous monitoring and improvement. Support the establishment and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system. Ensure that all outgoing cooking devices meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of functionality, reliability, and appearance.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. Proven experience in quality control or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting with complex electronic and mechanical components and heat management. Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations. Experience with testing equipment and tools used in electronic and mechanical testing. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions regarding product quality. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
