Job Description

    Dear candidate ,We are hiring for R&d Specialist Work Experience: 5-7 yearsSalary : no bar for the right candidateLocation : AhmedabadIdeally responsible for research and analysis to support manufacturing operations, product and process development and also work closely with the marketing QA/QC teams to provide support to customers on technical and quality related issues. Responsibilities:-Conduct research to develop new products, manufacturing procedures and specifications for new products-Review with QA/QC Manager and Technical Director and conducts stability program for new products of R&D batches-Conduct specific research to comply with clients general requirements and on a project basis as required-Prepare R&D samples, ingredients lists, and Certificate of Analysis to go with the samples for customers-Monitor and maintain R&D laboratory and testing equipment including purchasing of testing equipment in a cost-effective manner, conduct or arrangement equipment calibrations and preventative maintenance- Monitor, support and oversee subordinates job duties-Support marketing and quality assurance/control team in dealing with technical and quality issues raised by customers-Provide presentation to customers and travel with marketing team to meet customers as required-Worked on special project as required.QUALIFICATIONS-Bachelor Degree in Science or higher; ideally chemistry background or relatedSuccessful and progressive research and product development experience in cosmetics, personal care, toiletries, industryFood, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical industry experience and related may also be relevant.Ability to work independently and exercise creativityStrong analytical and problem solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and leadership skills RegardsHR
