Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Front Desk Management:
      • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
      • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and ensure they sign in.
    2. Phone Coordination:
      • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
      • Take and relay messages when necessary.
    3. Administrative Support:
      • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
      • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for meetings and conferences.
    4. Email Management:
      • Respond to inquiries via email and maintain the general inbox.
      • Distribute correspondence to relevant team members.
    5. Client Interaction:
      • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the companys services or products.
      • Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a professional manner.
    6. Office Maintenance:
      • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
      • Assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies.
    7. Collaboration:
      • Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall business operations.
      • Participate in team meetings and contribute to administrative projects as needed.
