    • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and supporting them with pre / post interview assessment.
    • Giving proper and timely consultation to the candidates on their application status.
    • Interacting closely with candidates offered and yet to join. Assist them in on-boarding / migration formalities (if any) as requested by the clients.
    • Ensuring smooth relieving of candidates from their ongoing employment.
    • Maintaining daily work-sheets and successful submissions.
