Job Description

    Job Summary: As an Overseas Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for employment opportunities located outside the candidates home country. You will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, ensuring that the organizations staffing needs are met for positions located internationally. This role involves understanding the specific requirements of overseas positions, building relationships with potential candidates, and facilitating the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
      • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
      • Proactively reach out to passive candidates through personalized messages and networking.
    2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
      • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for overseas positions.
      • Evaluate candidates language proficiency and willingness to relocate.
    3. Relationship Building:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about international job opportunities and addressing their queries.
      • Collaborate with external agencies, educational institutions, and other sources to build a network of potential candidates.
    4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
      • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand the specific requirements for overseas positions.
      • Provide insights and recommendations on the availability and suitability of candidates for international roles.
    5. Documentation and Compliance:
      • Ensure all necessary documentation, including visas, work permits, and other legal requirements, are in place for candidates relocating to overseas locations.
      • Stay updated on international labor laws and immigration regulations.
    6. Data Management:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment activities, and progress in the applicant tracking system.
    7. Market Research:
      • Stay informed about global talent trends, industry-specific requirements, and changes in the international job market.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with an emphasis on international hiring.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
