Job Description

    Responsibilities Manage a team of Business Managers and their sales team to ensure sales growth revenue generation and enhancement from the assigned areas and teams. Reaching the set targets and goals product-wise and value-wise for all reporting Business Managers and their Territory Managers. Field working with subordinates for customer visits and ensuring perfect implementation of company-designed strategies. Utilizing assigned and available resources to generate, maintain, and grow sales volumes year on year. Responsible for ROI. Motivation to the Business Managers and Territory Managers to be charged up and improve themselves on sales and other parameters Managing performance appraisals for all Business Managers and Territory Managers in coordination with the HR department. Supervising the engagement activities planned and executed by the Business Managers and their sales team and taking follow-ups from the team to ensure the desired results of the program.. Rapport building with key customers to improve sales volumes Planning for sales numbers for the team and getting them achieved by the team Ensuring timely reporting from the team for all activities.
