    Position Regional Sales ManagerGrade L4/L5Designation Sr. ManagerReporting Office AhmedabadNumber of Positions 01Department Fig SalesObjectiveManaging Business in Third Party & Own Corporate Accounts.Key Responsibilities1. Managing B2B Sales with Financial Institutes2. Will be responsible for driving and increasing business in given accounts and territory3. Driving team & business in given territory4. Customer Relationship Management with key people, irrespective of their hierarchy in organization.5. Responsible for additional acquisition from existing customers and their existing business6. Strong Analytical Skills7. Strong Interpersonal and Relationship skills.8. Coordination within departments to ensure on time completion of key deliverablesRequired Qualifications & Skills1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Engineering Graduates are preferred, else post graduates in Mathematics, Science & Computer Science can be considered
    • First Class in 10th, 102 & Graduation
    • No Gap in Education
    2. Work Experience
    • 6-8 Years of B2B Sales Experience
    • No Gap in Career
    • Candidates with prior Bfsi experience will not be considered
    • Job Hoppers will not be considered
    • Candidates with team management experience are preferred.
    3. Should have own vehicle4. Candidates from Ahmedabad City are preferred.5. Other Skills: Good command on English, Ms-Excel, Excellent presentation skills, Relationship Management & People management.
