Job Description

    Job Title: Relationship ManagerDepartment: Retail Banking / CASA Sales Location: AhmedabadCTC: Up to 6.5 LPAJob Purpose The Relationship Manager Banker on Wheels is responsible for acquiring and managing CASAcustomers through field sales, providing doorstep banking services, and building long-term customerrelationships to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities
    • Acquire CASA (Savings & Current Account) customers through field activities
    • Conduct doorstep banking services under the Banker on Wheels model
    • Generate leadsthrough local market activities,references, and cold calling
    • Cross-sell bank products such as FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, and Digital Banking
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Ensure KYC documentation, account opening, and compliance norms
    • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
    • Coordinate with branch and operations team for smooth on boarding
    • Handle customer queries and provide post-sales service support
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Experience : Minimum 2 years of CASA sales experience
    • Minimum 1 year stability in the current organization
    • Only Banking experience preferred
    • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years
    • Education: Graduate in any discipline
    Other Conditions:Strong communication & customer handling skills Willingness to work in field sales
