Job Description

Focus on the Primary Projects allocated by the Company.
Ensure sales for the allocated projects.
Increase client conversion for allocated projects.
Managing leads through calling other marketing efforts
Managing customer data in Company CRM
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to Company
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong Communication Presentation Skills
Deep understanding of real estate sales process and buyer dynamics
Good Analytical skills, Computer Proficiency, Salesmanship.
Must be target and result oriented.
Graduate with minimum 2+ years sales experience preferably in Real Estate Companies
Preferred experience in Primary Sales with Builders
Strong Follow- up and convincing skills
Systematic Process driven
