Job Description

    ey Responsibilities
    • Client Relationship Management:Act as the main point of contact, building long-term trust, and managing day-to-day communications for key accounts.
    • Growth and Revenue:Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new products/services, and lead contract renewals.
    • Strategy and Retention:Develop strategic plans to align company solutions with client goals, boosting client satisfaction and retention.
    • Account Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and mentor junior account managers, managing team performance and account workloads.
    • Internal Coordination:Work with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure client projects are delivered accurately and on time.
    • Reporting and Analysis:Analyze account data to prepare and present performance reports to both clients and internal leadership.
    Key Skills and Qualifications
    • Experience:Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar role.
    • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiating and presenting.
    • Strategic Thinking:Ability to understand client business goals and develop tailored strategies.
    • Leadership:Strong leadership skills to guide team members and manage complex projects.
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Tools:Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.llEnrich4
