    Position: Relationship Manager Wealth ChannelPreferred Background:Life Insurance Agency Channel OR Mutual Fund industry Strong advisor/distributor network (no direct selling) Good communication skillsKey Responsibilities:Handle HNI clients for ULIP products Recruit and manage distributors/advisors Conduct recruitment events and training programs Motivate team to drive ULIP business Joint field work and supportQualification: Graduation & aboveAge criteria: Up to 40 YearsCompensation:Quarterly incentives up to 6 Lakhs Fixed BDA up to 20,000 (as per targets)No IRDA or Mutual Fund exam required Direct empanelment available
