Job Description

    What are we looking for We are looking for dynamic Repair & Maintenance to help us train and keep our employees at theiroptimum potential and hence attain our business goals.What you’ll be doing:• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on the stores facilities, including lighting, AC,plumbing, Refrigerator, electrical systems, GSB, Shutter.• Identify and engage with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance tasks.Maintain vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best pricing and serviceterms for maintenance of AMC and repair services.• Conduct repairs and maintenance on store fixtures, shelving, displays, and any otherstore-related equipment.• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and protocols.• Keep track of maintenance record keeping and repair supplies, and order new parts orequipment as needed.• Prepare and submit bills and invoices related to maintenance and repair work to theAccounts department for processing.What are the skills that you’ll need to succeed in this role:Technical Skills (KPI will be based on these) Behavioral Skills (KPI will be based on these)• Excellent Organizational Skills• Effective Communication Skills• Ability of Multitasking• Customer Service Skills• Negotiating Skills• Accountability• Flexible Thinking• Result Orientation• Teamwork• Commitment to Learning• Attention to Detail• Professionalism (Attendance/Punctuality)• Strong Analytical and Problem-SolvingSkillsWhat are the perks for you • Dynamic learning environment• Fun and cooperative team members & cross functions
