Job Description

DESIGNATION/POSITION : JR.OFFICER / ASST. OFFICER - 05DEPARTMENT : STORE REQUIRED QUALIFICATION : GRADUATE OR DIPLOMA REPORTING TO : STORE MANAGER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 2 to 6 Yrs

  • Receipt of incoming material (Raw Material, Finished Goods, Consumable, Maintenance, Electrical, Etc.)
  • inspection of all receipts from suppliers
  • All materials stacked properly
  • Maintenance of stock Recorder
  • Material Issued to Production Line
  • All materials issued on First-in-First Out (FIFO) basis
  • Maintain proper stock level of materials(minimum,maximum,reorder levels)
  • Maintain 2 BIN Systems
  • Maintain Store inventory.
  • Avoid the stores losses
  • Prepare the stock turnover ratio
  • Inventory Physically Checking Daily Basis
  • Checking the material availability for production lines
  • Responsible for Inventory Control.
  • Responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly management report on overall Store performance.
  • To keep close watch on Non-Moving items and Slow - Moving items giving details of the same to the management every month.
  • take care of store goods availability of goods in time, proper care
  • Updating of all store related documents as per ISO norms
