Job Description

    Job Summary:We are urgently hiring experienced R&D specialists with a strong background in Organic Chemistry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in reaction chemistry, including hydrogenation, nitration, and halogenation. In this role, the candidate will work on multi-step synthesis, prepare mass balances, and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Experience in the chemical or agrochemical industry is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Organic Chemistry Expertise:Apply knowledge of reaction chemistry, hydrogenation, nitration, and halogenation in research and development projects.Conduct and optimize multi-step synthesis of chemical compounds.Mass Balance Preparation:Prepare and review mass balances for reactions, ensuring accurate documentation and process monitoring.SOP Writing:Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lab processes and safety protocols.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.Document research findings and prepare reports for senior management.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve chemical synthesis processes for higher efficiency and quality.Qualifications and Skills:Education:Postgraduate (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry.Experience:4 to 10 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the chemical or agrochemical industry.Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of organic reaction mechanisms, hydrogenation, nitration, and halogenation processes.Strong capability in multi-step synthesis and mass balance calculations.Ability to write clear and concise SOPs.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Experience:Experience in the chemical industry or agrochemical industry is highly preferred.
