Job Description

    We invite applications for the post of a Research Analysts withthe ability to call US geographies.in Ahmedabad (Work from Office)Details:Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and process-driven Location Data Analyst to join our team and support one of our key clients, a leader in Location Intelligence products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients data products through comprehensive research and data validation activities. If you are execution-oriented, possess excellent spoken English, and have strong communication skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.Key Responsibilities:
    • Complete daily tasks related to the data processes for location products, including:
      • Researching and identifying new, updated, or closed retail locations.
      • Contacting store locations to validate data and/or obtain new information.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality data for stakeholders and clients.
    • Abide by service level agreements (SLAs) and project deadlines.
    • Operate with a lean mindset, seeking opportunities for continuous process improvement.
    Requirements
    • Excellent spoken English; strong communication skills.
    • Customer service or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Ability to work U.S. daytime hours. (Shouldbe ready to work in night shift)
    • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changes.
    • Innovative mindset and comfort operating in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to collaborate within a global team and work effectively in a hybrid work setup.
