    We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.     The Retail Sales Executive will professionally handle all sales functions for counter customers by providing prompt and efficient service to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction. The candidate will assist customers with product selection, process payments, maintain stock levels, and ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.Key Responsibilities
    • Greet customers and understand their requirements
    • Assist customers in selecting suitable products
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
    • Handle billing and payment transactions through POS systems
    • Accurately process cash, card, and digital payments
    • Maintain proper product knowledge to answer customer queries
    • Demonstrate product usage and features when required
    • Monitor stock availability and restock shelves when necessary
    • Ensure the sales counter and store area are clean and organized
    • Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
    • Maintain records of sales transactions and inventory updates
    Required Skills & Experience
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer handling and sales skills
    • Basic knowledge of POS billing systems
    • Cash handling and payment processing knowledge
    • Product demonstration ability
    • Inventory and stock management understanding
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
    • Basic computer knowledge preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
