Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:- To achieve the sales targets by engaging with the customers and assisting them to choose the jewelleryand completing the sales transaction in line with the Company SOP.- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company s strategies to enhance the store s profit.- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on benefits -- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
