Job Description

    The Retail Sales Officer (RSO) is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while driving sales and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to represent the brand with professionalism and elegance.Key Responsibilities:
    • Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium and personalized shopping experience
    • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products
    • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
    • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge including designs, collections, pricing, and offers
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
    • Effectively upsell and cross-sell products
    • Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and presentation of merchandise as per brand standards
    • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
    • Coordinate with cashier and other team members for smooth billing and service flow
    • Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and showroom guidelines
