Job Purpose Designs effective methods of measuring safety standards in the workplace, coordinates with businesses and sites to facilitate use of Gensuite and ensure capturing of all leading and lagging indicator through online system. Take out data trend , prepare MIS and help his Manager in taking strategic decisions, Coordinate with Heads of safety from businesses and different location for safety standard deployment, quality incident investigation, coordinate and schedule different safety meeting, prepare their MOM and track compliance, conducts safety inspections on a routine basis and validate what is reported and actual site scenario. Key Accountabilities 1. Get familiar with organizational safety system, currently used Adani Gensuite and other related practices. 2. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring the working conditions at businesses to ensure that all activity is compliant with safety regulations 3. Enforcing company health and safety guidelines and inspecting workspace to ensure they are up to safety standards, and providing workplace safety training. 4. Ensuring wide use of Gensuite system, their data integrity, validating data, facilitate auto generation of daily safety report, monthly MIS report and data trend for the group, businesses and different location. 5. Help in reviewing, drafting and finalization of Group level Safety Standards and Procedure 6. Obtaining MIS report from businesses and compile for management review 7. Facilitate businesses for quality incident investigation and prepare presentation on investigation for management review. 8. Prepare draft on Safety Alert for different categories of safety incidents 10. Coordinates with businesses to schedule CEOs and COOs safety review 11. Coordinate and track different safety training programs for employees and contractors employees. 12. Help formulating contractor performance monitoring system, obtain weekly performance indicators and publish a weekly report 13. Coordinate and schedule Safety Inspection and Audit program for the group 14. Facilitate functioning of different safety subcommittees through coordinating, scheduling and tracking safety committees functioning 15. Extend help to direct reporting manager in managing day-today routine activities.,
