Job Description

    Hello We are Krishna Consultancy working with top IT and non-IT companies in the world currently one of my clients in Ahmedabad looking for below profile. Company Location: Sola Bridge, Sola, Ahmedabad,Post: Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Executive.(Female)Experience :0 to 2 YearsResponsibilities:
    1. Call to customers and share company profile and fixed appointment for sales team.
    2. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers.
    3. Responsible for the follow-up with customer on regular basic for closing lead.
    4. On call understand customer query (Technical or non-technical) and solve his concern or share with concern department.
    5. Responsible to maintain Daily, Weekly && Monthly sales report and keep customer records.
    6. Prepare reports for monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review.
    7. Identify && analysis State wise/City wise prospect client and Share Company profile and product details thru Call/email/SMS.
    8. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
    9. Responsible for single point of contact for email communication for company.
    Requisite Skills:
    1. Confident and aggressive
    2. Excellent client-interfacing skills
    3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
    4. Good listening
    5. MS office proficiency
    6. Basic technical knowledge related work
