Job Description

    Our client company is a leading manufacturer specializing in geosynthetic textile solutions, offering a diverse range of protective and industrial fabric products. With decades of expertise, it serves sectors like agriculture, construction, water conservation, and waste management, ensuring high-quality and sustainable solutions.The are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Production Planning department and customers, ensuring smooth communication, timely order tracking, and accurate sales data management. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking dispatches, and supporting the sales team with reports and forecasts.Designation / Position: Sales CoordinatorJob Location: Ahmedabad (shilaj)Work Experience: 4-5 YearsRemuneration: 40-45K CTCKey Responsibilities:
    • Customer Coordination:
    Serve as a liaison between the Production Planning team and customers, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and production timelines.
    • Sales Data Management:
    Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) data related to orders, sales performance, and dispatch status.
    • Order Tracking:
    Monitor customer orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
    • Quotation & Inquiry Handling:
    Prepare accurate quotations and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
    • Customer Follow-ups:
    Engage with customers for order updates, follow up on quotations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Record Keeping:
    Maintain records of customer communications, orders, and dispatches for reference and reporting.
    • Sales Support:
    Assist the sales team with reports, sales forecasts, and other sales-related tasks.
    • Logistics Coordination:
    Work with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
