    Job Description Sales Coordinator (B2B Engineering/Manufacturing)Location: AhmedabadExperience: 3 to 5 YearsCTC: 5.0 6.0 LPAEmployment Type: Full-timeSales Coordinator to support our B2B Sales and Service teams. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal departments, assisting in quotations and proposals, and ensuring smooth execution of orders and service support.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Sales and Service teams for preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and order documentationAssist sales teams with technical product details, pricing data, and reportingPrepare and maintain sales presentations (PPT), proposals, and MIS reportsCoordinate with customers for:Order status updatesDelivery timelinesSpares requirementsService and after-sales supportAct as a single point of contact between Sales and internal departments:ManufacturingLogisticsFinanceServiceEnsure accuracy of order processing, documentation, and follow-upsWork on CRM systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Zoho or equivalent) for order tracking and customer dataSupport sales teams in handling Incoterms, payment terms, delivery documentation, and invoicing coordinationPrepare and analyze sales data, reports, and dashboards using ExcelEnsure timely communication and closure of customer queriesDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Engineering Graduate ORGraduate in ScienceExperience:3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Service / Marketing CoordinationPrior experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing company (B2B only)Skills & Competencies:Strong communication skills in English and HindiProficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced ExcelHands-on experience with CRM systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft / Zoho / equivalent)Familiarity with Incoterms, payment terms, delivery documentationAbility to work with technical products, specifications, and dataStrong coordination and follow-up skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple stakeholdersGender: Open to Female / Male candidatesWhy Join Opportunity to work with a reputed engineering and manufacturing organizationExposure to global B2B customers and technical productsStable role with clear responsibility and growth potentialCompetitive compensation aligned with industry standards
