Gathering market and customer information and creating a database of prospective customers. Handling and generating sales leads from B2B portals. Outstanding payment follow up with customersCustomer Relationship Management activities like mass mailing, gifting, branding activities, etc. Responsible for conducting vendor registrations with customers. In case of after sales service requirements, co-ordination with customers, sales executive and service team. Representing Globe star Engineers India Pvt Ltd at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Achieving all KPI (Key Performance Indicators) targets. Timely reporting of Sales & Marketing MIS in ERP to reporting authority. To execute in timely manner all the tasks as delegated by management or any other competent authority. To adhere and comply with all the HR and Management laid down policies and procedures.
