Please find the Below mention Position.Location: Lalgebi circle, Hathijan to Ramol ring road , Ahmedabad, Gujarat.Designation: Sales CoordinatorResponsibilities:

  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Responsible for the follow-up with customer on regular basic for closing lead.
  • To understand customer query and solve his concern or share with concern department.
  • Responsible to maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly sales report and keep customer records.
  • Prepare reports for monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review.
  • Identify & analysis State wise/City wise prospect client and Share Company profile and product details thru Call/email/SMS.
  • Responsible to attend companys exhibition (Twice in a year) and maintain the visitors data and follow up.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Responsible for single point of contact for email communication for company.
  • Responsible for admin and office related work given by management.
  • Responsible for getting vendor approval
