Job Description

    Summary: As a Sales Development Manager, you will oversee a high-performing sales team while increasing client satisfaction and revenue in our flourishing BFSI and insurance divisions.
    • Manage and encourage a sales team in the BFSI and insurance industries to meet revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to improve market presence.
    • Recognize new business opportunities and stay current on market trends.
    • Promote business growth by cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Ensure that company policies and industry regulations are followed.
    • Provide coaching and training to increase the teams performance and sales abilities. Examine sales data to support data-driven, well-informed decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully operate the company as a whole. Continuously monitor and enhance sales practices for effectiveness and efficiency.
    • In order to thrive in the changing BFSI environment, encourage creativity and adaptability.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven two years of field sales expertise in the BFSI, insurance business, sales, and marketing.
    • Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
    • A thorough awareness of market dynamics and industry regulations.
