Job Description

    1. Product Knowledge:
      • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products, services, and industry trends.
      • Present product features and benefits clearly to potential clients.
    2. Sales Support:
      • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and help close deals.
      • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical expertise and answer product-related queries.
      • Assist with proposal creation, including technical specifications, pricing, and system requirements.
    3. Customer Engagement:
      • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
      • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
      • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to potential customers.
    4. Solution Design:
      • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions using company products.
      • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the proposed solution meets the clients needs and specifications.
    5. Market Research:
      • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to effectively position the product in the market.
      • Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities.
    6. Sales Goals:
      • Work towards sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
      • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback.
    7. Documentation & Reporting:
      • Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical specifications, and sales activities in CRM systems.
      • Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline and progress.
    8. Collaboration:
      • Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of the technical aspects of the products and services sold.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms to clients.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer challenges and offer effective, customized solutions.
    • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
    • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and engineering teams.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (preferred).
    • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience or technical support in a relevant industry (preferred).
