Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Planning and Strategy:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
      • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and prioritize sales activities.
    2. Client Acquisition and Retention:
      • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
      • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
      • Work to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
      • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
      • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
      • Address client concerns and objections effectively.
    4. Sales Negotiation and Closing:
      • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
      • Close sales deals and achieve sales quotas.
      • Prepare and review sales contracts and proposals.
    5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
      • Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis.
      • Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
    6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
      • Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
      • Communicate client feedback and market insights to relevant teams.
    7. Continuous Learning:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
      • Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques.
    Qualifications:
    1. Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Experience:
      • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
      • Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the nature of the business.
    3. Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    4. Results-Oriented:
      • Goal-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
      • Ability to handle rejection and persevere in a competitive sales environment.
    5. Adaptability:
      • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
