Job Description

    As a Sales Executive DMAT Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our DMAT account portfolio. You will drive the sales of DMAT accounts, provide clients with information on the benefits of dematerialization, and guide them through the process. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring a smooth account opening experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively promote and sell DMAT account services to prospective clients through various channels (cold calling, referrals, social media, etc.).
    • Educate potential clients about the benefits of DMAT accounts, online trading platforms, and the importance of paperless transactions.
    • Assist clients with the DMAT account opening process and provide necessary documentation and guidance.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Monitor the market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the companys services.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account details in CRM software.
    • Resolve customer queries and concerns promptly, ensuring excellent customer service.
    • Collaborate with the operations and support teams to ensure smooth processing of DMAT account applications and transfers.
    • Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, and regulations related to DMAT services.
