Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits.Key Responsibilities:
    • Visit potential customers and generate new leads
    • Promote and sell products/services to prospective clients
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role (Experience with good communication skills can also apply)
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
    • Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license
