Planning & execution of production as per monthly production plan, making & monitoring of shift wise production plan. Daily output analysis. Shift wise manpower allocation depending on pump & motor assembly requirement. Organized components and parts for each individual production process. Maintaining inventory of parts. Ensuring wip is in control. Perform inspection on all assembly work and reviewed all production process. Ensure compliance to all customer specifications and quality standards. Take corrective action on customer complaints. Provided support to design of new products for customers and assisting customer requirement. ,
