    SALARY: 2-3 LPA LOCATION : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA VACANCIES: 4 QUALIFICATION: any graduate MALE/FEMALE: Both EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years JOB DETAILS Role: Sales Officer Home LoanGenerate Home Loan leads from open market and through different channels/ APF tie up to source the residential project and ensure the APF part as well as biz penetration. Develop and maintain relationship with clients / Developer /Contractor for repeat business and referral/s. Implement and develop sales activities to achieve target. Arrange loan events- organize events/ activities for lead generation. Handle product queries and service issues. Ensure the achievement of given business target. Comfortable with travel, doing visits and verification for business and portfolio with team or alone on daily basis as required for business in area assigned to the candidate. Meeting clients, verify documents, process file, co-ordinate for sanction / disbursement of loan, personalized service to clients. (Relationship handling). Doing the clear and honest deal with intact integrity, should not be involve in any kind of direct /indirect interest in the transaction. Maintaining good and decent behaviour while dealing with the customer, visiting his property, shop, godown as and when required - as per visiting authority. Nurturing the talent within the team, be cordial with team members, achieve targets, earn incentive, achieve contests. Taking responsibility of confidentiality of information gathered from clients, not to share any information with competition. Taking the responsibility of company information - not to be shared the with anybody out of office in any form. showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case. Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities.
