Job Description

    We are looking for a reliable and qualified candidate to join our Sales team as a Field Sales Manager. Your ultimate goal will be to convince the client to purchase products and services offered by the company.Responsibilities:
    • Self-sourcing current account and saving account in open market
    • Sets sales targets for team and individual sellers
    • Responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers.
    • Receives annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly reviews sales figures
    • Ensures field sales team meets said sales objectives
    • Holds regular team meetings to share expectations, ideas, and best practices andreviews performance
    • Responsible for delegating tasks to the Field Sales Representatives.
    Requirements:
    • Graduation In any Field.
    • 6 Months to 3 Years experience in field Sales.
    • Computer Skills and digital knowledge02/10/2023 to 07/10/2023
    • Good network in the market
    • Faster learning ability and passion for sales.
    • Should be local Candidate.
    Skills:
    • Communication skills are essential in sales roles.
    • They must also be able to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
    • Problem-solving skills are essential for an assistant sales manager.
