Job Description

    Urgent Hiring For Sales HEAD|| Location-Ahmedabad||Position -B2B Sales Head IFA ChannelExperience required 8 yearsCtc- upto 35 Lpa (depends on interview)Location: AhmedabadKey Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Planning and Leadership:
    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive business growth through the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) channel.
    • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and budgets for the IFA sales team.
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the IFA network.
    • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for scaling the business.
    1. Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with IFAs to ensure high engagement and retention.
    • Address concerns and provide solutions to IFAs to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
    • Conduct regular meetings, training, and workshops to keep IFAs updated about products and services.
    1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Drive B2B sales by on boarding and activating high-performing IFAs.
    • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to design value propositions tailored for the IFA segment.
    • Analyse market trends, competition, and client feedback to identify gaps and opportunities.
    1. Team Management and Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the IFA sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans when necessary.
    • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.
    1. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and organizational policies in all sales activities.
    • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management.
    • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure IFAs follow all necessary regulations and processes.
    Qualifications and Skills Required:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, in wealth management industry.
    • Proven track record of managing and growing the IFA network.
    • Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, insurance, and portfolio management services.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and data analytics software.
    • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and team management capabilities.
