Job Description

    Sales Head Gujarat RegionLocation: AhmedabadSummary
    • Responsible for driving profitable business growth and strengthening market leadership across Gujarat region.
    • The role involves leading the regional sales function, managing strategic customer relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
    • Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Gujarat sales team to maximize performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts across industries FMCG, Food & Beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Manufacturing, OEMs, Packaging.
    • Develop sales forecasts, identify growth opportunities, and execute business plans.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to drive business expansion.
    • Ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experience. Review team performance regularly and implement improvement plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Support the Regional Head in executing regional sales and market development strategies.
    Experience & Qualifications
    • B.E. / B. Tech with 12 to 15 years of experience in direct sales of industrial automation equipment, packaging machinery or other industrial capital equipment with annual business of approx. 25crs plus
    • Demonstrated success in building customer relationships, driving business growth and leading high performing sales teams.
    • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills and willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
