Job Description

Designation: Sales Head India Business As Sales Head India Business Responsibilities Includes Exploring & creating new avewnues with respect to Sales and Profit, Providing sales management with reporting and analysis on sales data including consolidated, portfolio and team results. To identify opportunities and trends and contribute to developing and monitoring annual sales strategy and targets. Individual KRAs P&L Responsibility for India sales business Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the India Enterprise Sales team. Identify and groom future sales leaders of the organization. Establish key relationships cross- functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack large complex opportunities. Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the Caterpillar Signs Pvt Limited brand. Identification of sales revenue trends including product penetration Based on analysis, contribute to the thinking around sales strategy such as tactical campaigns, pricing, product and service delivery Analyse monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for management team. Monitor annual sales strategy and quarterly targets and prepares reports, annual budgets, and submits regular sales forecasts Create and maintain regular Dashboards reporting for sales team to understand and drive sales performance Deliver against assigned sales, receivables and product mix targets for the region. Personally responsible for team building actions. Professional competencies 10+ years of overall working experience spearheading sales division Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems Ability to foster strong client relationships at various levels Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi- task in a deadline driven atmosphere Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self- motivation Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills Communication Very good, spoken and written English Planning - good organizer, time manager
