Acquiring new and prospective customers Understanding the requirements of the prospect.5. Generate revenues and AUM for the company as per the expectation6. Give high priority service to the customers as per the company processes7. Cross sealing below product to clients.8. Demat and trading accounts, Mutual Funds, PMS, MFs, SIP,Profile :Sales ManagerCTC : Up to 6.00 LPAQualification - Any Graduate/ postgraduateAge - below 39 yearsExperience - Minimum 3 year of experience in Broking, Equity TPD or Insurance sales.Team Handling experience must.1. Leading a team of Relationship Managers2. Should be well verse with capital market and strong hold on domestic and global equities;3. Will be coordinating with numbers of departments like RMS/Branches and few other critical depts on daily basis.4. Straitening monthly business along with driving daily revenue and other KRAs . Review every 15 days on set targets also attend their queries or issues if any. Join them on large client meet.5. Co-ordinating with BM on regular basis for client sourcing through sales team , taking seminars for branch customers. Also coordinating for day to day activity.6. Monitoring closely on monthly sales through this team and pushing them for sourcing large customers as business sourced by them get offloaded on advisory desk so both advisory and branch sales are interconnected.7. Will have regular interaction with all mentioned dept., for example for clients limit need to get in touch with RMS for doing clients surveillance regularly need to get in touch with surv dept. and client related issues with CSE desk.8. Managing customer and advisory query if any.9.
