Job Description

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
    • Outline and manage sales budgets.
    • Set quarterly and annual sales goals.
    • Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.
    • Doing direct sales by convincing unknown people on-call, face to face, to buy companys service/products.
    • Attend calls for final conversions of all the online/offline leads attended by the Sales Team and converting them into sales.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
    • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
    • Conduct skills gap analyses of Sales team to identify areas of improvement. And act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
    • Design training curricula within time and budget constraints. Monitor costs of training programs.
    • Produce physical and digital Sales Training material (e.g. videos and case studies) Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs.
    • On-board and train new salespeople.
    • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses of Sales team. Identify individual and team training needs.
    • Monitor sales objectives and results.
    • Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars.
    • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies.
    • Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team.
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and Monitor the market and competitor products and activities.
    SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
    • Successful previous experience as a sales head or sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
    • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
    • Strong working knowledge of the companys products, competitive products and the market.
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.
    • A Masters degree in a business-related field is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Excellent Counselling Skills.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
