Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
      • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
      • Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and objectives.
    2. Team Leadership and Management:
      • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

    3. Sales Operations:
      • Oversee the day-to-day sales activities and ensure the teams adherence to sales processes.

      • Develop and implement effective sales training programs.
    4. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
      • Participate in key client meetings and negotiations.
      • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
      • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
      • Provide management with insights into market trends and sales results.
    6. Budget and Resource Management:
      • Develop and manage the sales department budget.
      • Allocate resources effectively to meet sales goals.
    7. Collaboration with Other Departments:
      • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
      • Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to relevant teams.
    8. Continuous Learning and Development:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales management.
      • Encourage ongoing professional development for the sales team.
    Qualifications:
    1. Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    2. Experience:
      • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
      • Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
    3. Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
      • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
      • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
