Job Description

    Job Title: Sales & Project Execution Manager - Solar EnergyLocation: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
    • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our solar energy sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the solar industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure the companys growth objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar power installations. The Project Execution Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and safety regulations.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
    • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of solar energy sales representatives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and relationship building.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Analyse sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance and pipeline status to senior management.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify emerging markets and growth opportunities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Lead the planning and execution of solar power projects from inception to completion
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
    • Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    • Manage project budget, including resource allocation, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies throughout project execution.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
    • Prepare and present project reports and updates, including financial forecasts and resource utilization.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of successful sales management in the solar energy industry.
    • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
