Job Description

    Job Title: Sales ManagerQualifications:
    • Any Graduate (either Engineering or Commerce background)
    Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Experience:
    • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in textile machine manufacturing or any other machine manufacturing industry is preferred
    Responsibilities:
    • Achieve assigned business targets within the specified time frame
    • Increase market share for Jupiter in the designated regions
    • Target tier one and tier two textile companies as potential customers
    • Conduct competitor analysis and provide regular feedback on their strategies
    • Develop both long-term and short-term sales plans to meet objectives
    • Prepare and submit Daily Working Reports / Daily Sales Reports to the HOD
    • Cultivate new customer relationships
    • Manage pre-sales and post-sales support activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Launch sales promotion activities for the targeted market
    • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Monitor emerging markets and market trends, staying informed about new products and competitive landscapes
    • Conduct product analysis
    Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel to client sites and project locations as needed
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in the textile machine manufacturing industry is preferred
    • Strong technical and commercial acumen
    Job Location:
    • Ahmedabad, Vatva G.I.D.C.
    Salary Range:
    • 8 to 9 LPA (dependent on experience)
