Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesCandidate should be able to do value selling and be a trusted advisor for Microsoft Cloud , Office , SharePoint , Exchange , Windows Sever and Virtualization technologies to the customer.Solution selling approach / mindshare is required to bring value to the organization.Responsible for generating revenue as per assigned targets from the assigned territories / regions.Should have a goal to build long term customer and business partner relationships.Coordinate / work with and leverage extended teams to drive revenue outcomes for Bitscape offerings.Experience:1-6 years (lesser experience can be considered if the candidate possess & matches other requirements).Ability to successfully deliver multiple projects at any one time under deadline pressure.Good presentation and communication skills.Sound experience in sales of relevant software products in the assigned territory.Good industry relationships both customers and business partners.Competition experience will be an added advantage.Analytical and problem solving skills.Interpersonal Skills and Competencies Required:Must have the ability to multitask effectivelyCandidate must possess excellent verbal and written communications skillsMust be able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical associatesMust be self-motivated and also work in a team environmentRequires a high energy level and strong sense of urgencyRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsRequires a wide degree of creativity and latitude,
