Job Description

    The Role: We are seeking a candidate who is competitive, trustworthy and has excellent communication skills, who can help us to build up our business activities in global markets. Sales Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities : - Developing, improving existing sales and business plans.- Identifying business opportunities for AI Data Services business- Lead generation-Planning and execution.- Develop sales proposals, Quotations & pricings.- Developing new business relationships, generates and negotiate new income for Shaip.- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products/services and competition status- Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies.- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.- Achieve growth and hit sales targets- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs- Generate qualified leads through traditional or innovative channels and pass it to sales for closure- Interact with key stakeholders to identify problems, setting expectation and communication with prospects- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products/services and competition status- Building a strong pipeline of leads- Good understanding of the social media usage for lead generation purpose- Network with prospects through virtual conferences, forums etc.- Understanding of how to position and deploy Shaip offerings Requirements: - Master Degree in Business Administration or related field- Open to traveling around the globe - Deep understanding and experience with machine learning/AI use cases, trends, and industry.- Deep understanding about the annotation and labeling space including concepts, competition, sales process, etc.- Successful previous experience of selling annotation and labeling services- Has worked with labeling vendors and understanding of commercial terms and their business implications- Comfortable leading customer meetings with prospects and clients- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and get results in a new space- Passion for digging deep into a subject matter area- Ability to collaborate with different teams and utilize outstanding influencing skills- Experience in engaging with C Level executive in AI/ML companies- Solid ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close- Strong business sense and industry expertise- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills,
